Using the HubSpot integration with Emitrr, you can send and receive SMS messages directly from your HubSpot account.  You can automatically sync contact data inside Emitrr and also create dynamic lists in Emitrr to then run bulk SMS campaigns. In this document, we will show you how you can setup your integration with Hubspot.

Connecting HubSpot to Emitrr

  • Log in to your Emitrr account at https://accounts.emitrr.com
  • In the left navigation, go to Settings > General Settings > Integrations
  • You will be prompted to select a location. From the top left drop-down “All locations”, choose which location you need to integrate to Hubspot
  • Find the HubSpot integration and click Integrate.
  • Now you’ll connect your HubSpot account.  Click the account that you want to connect to your Emitrr SMS account.
  • Now you need to grant permissions for Emitrr to sync with HubSpot. Click the “Choose Account” button in the lower left. 
  • You’ve now connected Emitrr and HubSpot.  Now we will configure your settings to customize how Emitrr communicates with HubSpot. 

Contact Sync

  • Emitrr will sync your contacts from Hubspot to Emitrr. You must configure the contact field mapping before you sync your contacts.
  • If the HubSpot contact has a phone number, it will be created within Emitrr. Phone numbers are required in HubSpot for a contact to sync with Emitrr.
  • If a HubSpot contact has a phone number without a country code (1 for the US), Emitrr will try to update those contacts’ phone numbers by adding 1 in front of them. 
  • Click on the Create mapping button to complete the setup.

Note: Record deletion is currently not supported in the integration. If you delete the records from HubSpot, please make sure to delete them from the other side.
