The whole Mathnasium Lakewood team is AMAZING!!! Our girls really love going each week and practicing new math skills. It has helped them both feel more confident in the classroom and we've been really pleased with their growth. Sarah, the owner is really wonderful and runs an incredible operation. One of our daughters is slow to warm up in new places and she took the time to come up with some strategies to help put her at ease. She also is always willing to respond over text when we needed a little more support with new homework assignments and willing to work with our crazy schedule. Every tutor is so good with kids and really cares. We LOVE IT!!!

Our son has been attending the Mathnasium for the last 6 months, and his math grades have improved drastically since we started. He attends 2 to 3 hours a week, and that's the perfect amount to assist for his math needs. He's able to bring homework in and work on it for the first 15-20 mins. After that, he works on the worksheets and the rest of the program provided by the center. I love that the center provides monthly updates to us and his math teacher. The center is in contact with his math teacher to find out when his math test are and the material the test is on. Mathnasium allows and recommends that he come in the day before his math test and they devote that session to studying for the math test

Mathnasium has been a godsend during virtual learning. My kids are learning (and thankfully getting out of the house) with safe in-person instruction that takes many precautions, including mask-wearing and hand sanitizing before walking in the door. My kids enjoy working with the tutors and have even accelerated their math skills. After each session, they bring home a certificate that details what they learned that day and what they need to work on. Both kids have grown in math confidence. We will likely continue this after the kids return to school full time because it has provided such a good value.”

My daughter had such a great experience summer camp at WS Mathnasium center, she was eager to go every day and asked if she can go there more weeks , which was surprise me because she is not a social person at all and would refuse to go to camp. We checked into quite a few tutoring companies and other Mathnasiums, all closer to our home than this one, but it was Callie, the owner, that swayed us to drive so far for help. From the first conversation she demonstrated a true interest in helping our son with his Math struggles. She talked about how they would help him, asked about his struggles and other commitments and suggested a tutoring plan to help him immediately. Unlike the other centers, I actually had to ask her about the price, since the money seemed secondary for her to helping our son. We drive 25min every week to get my son to this center, past 2-3 other Mathnasiums and it's worth every extra effort.We would highly recommend this center and that maybe the other center owners take a queue from Callie, to place the welfare of the students above the money to be made

This is one of the most amazing experiences we've had in San Marcos. Casey and her team are so welcoming, intelligent and effective! My kids LOVE going here to supplement what they are learning in school. We've tapped into Casey and her team for both introductions to new concepts and before a test on a particular subject.
