(including all the associated/related/group companies) (“Emitrr”, “we”, “our” or “us”) we value Your trust, and we respect the importance of protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors. We treat Your personal information that identifies You (“Personal Information”), or non-personal information, with respect and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy outlines your privacy rights and how they apply to the Personal Information collected by Emitrr.

If You do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy in its entirety, You may not access or otherwise use the Emitrr website and/or applications, or any of the Services provided by Emitrr.

Capitalized words not specified in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set out in the Emitrr Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) applicable to You. We may deny your request to amend Information if we believe the requested modification will violate any applicable laws or legal requirements or cause the Information to be inaccurate. If You withdraw a registration or cancel a subscription, we may store Your Personal Information in our systems and continue to use and disclose it in accordance with this Privacy Policy unless You specifically request its erasure. Without Your specific approval, we may release suitable data to law enforcement agencies if forced to do so..

    If You are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Information described above will depend on which Services You use on the Platform. Our Legal Basis for collecting and processing Your Personal Information shall be as follows:

      Right to “Opt-out” of “Sale”

      Emitrr does not sell your personal information, so we do not offer an opt out.

      If this California Privacy Notice and any other provision in our Privacy Policy are in conflict, this California Privacy Notice governs the processing of Personal Information of California Residents.
